Error description
When the integration server hosting the first catalog server listed in catalogServiceEndPoints is down, the container server is failing to start and is throwing below error: BIP7161E: Container server 'XXXXX' in integration server 'YYYYY' failed to start. Further details of the error are : 'Timed out Container waiting for Catalogs to startup'. Check that the catalog servers for this cache are started. Check the configured properties for this server. Verify that the ports that are configured for this server are available on this computer. Restart the integration server to restart this container server.
