    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
A logic error within the execution controller process meant that
it was possible for it to make an invalid memory access in
response to receiving an error signal from the operating system.
This resulted in the SIGSEGV signal, which terminated the
    execution controller process.

Problem conclusion

  • The signal handling logic within the execution controller
process has been corrected to prevent the invalid memory access.
