IT32791: MQSIBAR 'UNZIP N GO' OF MORE THAN ONE BAR WITH INDEPENDENT INTEGRATION PROJECT FLOWS LEADS TO LOSS OF PROPERTY VALUES

Error description

• mqsibar 'unzip n go' of more than 1 BAR with Independent
  Integration Project flows leads to loss of property values.
  
  The issue occurs because both BAR files contain their own
  "broker.xml" at the root level.  So the second mqsibar/unzip
  just overwrites and losses the entries for the first BAR.

Local fix

• a) After each mqsibar command start the Integration Server
  specifying a unique --default-application-name
      > each BAR becomes a separate App
  
  b) After each  mqsibar command
      - grab copy of the broker.xml from root of run dir
      - Once all BARs unpacked, merge content of every BAR into a
  single broker.xml in the root of run dir
      > All flows and resources from all BARs go into single App

  subsequent mqsibar/unzip just overwrites the broker.xml created
  by first BAR file and thus losses the entries for the first BAR.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now handles the 'unzip n go' of more than one BAR
  with Independent Integration Project flows without overwriting
  the broker.xml file.
