IT32785: FILE RESTORE WEBSERVER DAEMON RESPAWN TOO FREQUENTLY ON AIX CLIENT, ERRPT SHOWS ERROR "INIT_RAPID"

Error description

• The Webserver daemon of the File restore GUI is respawning
  frequently on AIX node.
  The File restore GUI  works fine despite this, but those
  respawns are causing misleading entries in AIX errpt.

Local fix

• Change the Webserver start mode from "respawn" to "once" in
  inittab by running commands below:
  
  1. rmitab webserver
  2. mkitab "webserver:2:once:/etc/rc.d/init.d/webserver start
  1>/dev/null 2>&1"

Problem conclusion

• The fix will change webserver's start mode in innitab from
  "respawn" to "once".  This would prevent the Web Client 2.0 from
