Error description

  • The following was reported after upgrading a special build of
    11.70.FC9 to 14.10.FC3 on AIX64.
    
    The problem has been reproduced on AIX64 upgrading 11.70.FC9 to
    14.10.FC3.
    
    After upgrading to 14.10.FC3, there appears to be a single row
    in sysprocbody that has its data
    column set to a create function that includes an external name
    pointing to old spatial install.
    
    For instance:
