    IBM App Connect Enterprise V11.

    Platforms affected:
    MultiPlatform, z/OS

    ****************************************************************
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When using the Iterative Discovery Wizard to generate xsd's to
represent IDoc's the order of fields in the xsd does not reflect
the order in an IDoc bitstream. Similarly the minOccurs for some
elements do not accurately reflect whether fields are mandatory
or not on the SAP system.

Problem conclusion

  • The following changes have been made when generating new schemas
    using the Iterative Discovery Wizard:

    1. SapIDocControlRecord.xsd has been modified so that the
elements occur in the same order as in the underlying IDoc
    bitstream.
    2. The minOccurs property of the various elements of
SapIDocControlRecord.xsd have been set to 1 to indicate
    mandatory fields.
    3. The minOccurs property of the SAPTransactionID element has
been set to 0 since it is not a required field occurs for
SapAlereq01 type xsds which are named after the IDoc name.
