Error description
Randomly when a partner performs an SFTP Get to download a mailbox file that has an extractability count of 1 from Sterling Integrator SFTP Server, if the connection is stopped abruptly at the beginning of the download, the mailbox file stays with an extractability count of 0 even though the file was not successfully downloaded. The entry remains left behind in the database table MBX_MESSAGE_HOLD.
