IT32390: GLOBAL MAILBOX EVENT RULES NOT UPDATED/DELETED WHEN FG CHANNELS ARE DELETED WITH B2BI REST API

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• During a cleanup task to test another JIRA ticket asked by L3
  the client contact discovered that when using B2Bi REST API to
  cleanup all FG Routing Channels the GM Event Rules do not get
  updated/deleted.
  
  See attached screenshots - we deleted ALL of
  our FG Channels, but all of the GM Event Rules remain.
  We
  expected, when channels are deleted, all the event rules should
  also be deleted.
  
  Furthermore, there is no easy way to delete
  multiple event rules. With over 500 rules, it takes too long to
  delete once-by-one. Our workaround was to delete all the FG
  partners & mailboxes, which causes the rules to be
  deleted.
  
  This has secondary impact, that if you try to
  recreate the FG Channels, you get errors stating that the Event
  Rules with the name already exists.
