Error description

• Virtual Machine may have incorrect 0 B size in "VM Backup
  Utilization" report even they have valid restore points. The
  base backup record gets deleted from the catalog as it reaches
  retention, and hence base backup is wrongly reported as zero
  resulting in overall 0 B being reported as backed up size.

Problem conclusion

• If the base backup gets condensed from the catalog due to normal
  snapshot expiration, the report will have the incorrect size.
  The size will now be calculated from fields in the latest
