    however the updates statistics finishes without errors :
    
    update statistics for procedure xxxxxxxxx;
    
    Database selected.
    Routine Statistics updated.
    Database closed.
    
    When the "update statistics for procedure .." is executed, it
    generates the assertion failures but instance does not crash.
