Problem conclusion
Resolution Summary: A code fix is provided. Fixed the problem by correcting the number of waitservice After the message is sent, take a look at the business process to see wait services. Note that wait service waits for 30 seconds, it may take 60 seconds to wake up since we only look for wait events in wait queue every 30 seconds.
