Error description

• When running the SQL connection test, or running an SQL backup,
  these can fail with the following:

Local fix

• Enable TLS 1.0 on the SQL Server machine(s).

Problem conclusion

• Instead of using default version of ODBC driver, made changes to
  use the latest version of the ODBC driver that is available on
  the SQL server.
