IT31426: TRIGGERING LOG BACKUP USING REST API DOES NOT TRIGGER A SNAP BACKUP IF THE LOG BACKUP CHAIN IS BROKEN

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Triggering log backup using REST api does not trigger a snap
  backup if the log backup chain is broken even when the global
  preference to do that is selected. The snap backup will be
  triggered if the log backup is triggered through schedule and a
  broken log backup chain is detected.
