Error description

• On macOS, running as root user the backup of files with
  extended attributes set by using the IBM Spectrum Protect
  backup-archive Client command line (dsmc), the backup may fail
  reporting the following exceptions:

  for object /Volumes/Mystudio/Archivio\ Video\material/123456\
  Raffa\Video/DSC_1234.MOV  due to errno: 13, reason: Permission
  denied

  Raffa\Video/DSC_1234.MOV  failed.
  
  Also the macOS "xattr "command executed by root user will fail
  as follow:

Problem conclusion

• A new testflag "SKIP_EXT_ATRR" was added that allow to backup
  the files with extended attributes for which "xattr "command
  executed by root user fails with errno "Permission denied".
