IT31316: INTERMITTENT HANG IN SOCKET SELECT

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Intermittent hang in Text Search Extender in which no results
  are returned from the SQL query. Application status will be in
  "UOW-Executing" with nothing returned.

• Restart DB2 instance during maintenance window to help avoid the
  hang.
