  • Intermittent file failures in IBM Sterling File Gateway events
with error No resulting primary document found in 5263_10

This issue
happens intermittently, only with routes where custom file
layer which calls a custom business process is involved in the
RCT. After replaying the files, the routes are successful.

Error message
No resulting primary document found after executing BP
IM_InvokeBusinessProcess wfid:XXXX in SFG delivery Events
page.

resulting primary document found in PROD SI 5263_10.

Problem conclusion

  • Resolution Summary:
A code fix is provided.
Fix has been made by adding some delay (based on new property
value) for routing which has this intermediate issue so that we
can construct workflow with document in it.
