Local fix

Problem summary

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    A defect in MQ appliance internal event handling caused a memory
    exception in the http component, which resulted in the appliance
    reload.
    

Problem conclusion

  • MQ code has been modified to prevent the crash.
