Error description

  • In that case a NOMEM encountered in section initialization
resulted in a uninitialized section being used subsequently,
resulting in traps. Depending on where section initialization
failed, the trap can occur in different places.

This exposure was due to a fix that closed a different timing
issue but opened a new one.

That fix was originally delivered into V105fp10 via APAR IT24765
    and v111m4fp4 via APAR IT27178.
