Error description

  • A simple query against TS using TODAY and adding or subtracting
    creates an AF and errors:

    Create dbaccessdemo7

     select * from ts_data_v where tstamp = (TODAY-1);

    244: Could not do a physical-order read to fetch next row.
    12803: Error in executing an access_method routine execution
    sequence.

    or just crashes engine.

    Note that just using TODAY (no + or -) works fine. A literal
    date cast to a DATE type also works. Also casting (TODAY-n) to a
    datetime is also successful, e.g. the following works okay:

    select * from ts_data_v where tstamp = (TODAY-1)::datetime year
    to second;
