Error description

  • Upgraded to SB2BI 5020603_9 with SFG 2020603_9.  After that,
when /myfilegateway users attempt to log in with the wrong user
ID and/or password, which may be due to incorrect
capitalization on some systems, an unpected error message is
displayed, which reads:

"ReferenceError: Incorrect reference!'isc' is undefined"

Myfilegateway application does not present a usable error
message when incorrect login credentials are provided.
This is seen only when Myfilegateway is integrated using SSP and
SEAS for Single Sign-On.

Problem conclusion

  • Resolution Summary:
A code fix is provided.
Myfilegateway Struts UI framework did not properly implement
error handling that would report login errors. This
has been resolved.
