Error description

  • In a pureScale environment, a BACKUP operation needs to
    communicate with other members for synchronization. If such
    communication occurs while another member/instance is being
    stopped, there is a chance the member executing the BACKUP could
    crash.
    
    Error messages similar to the following will be dumped in the
    db2diag.log.
