IT30405: CLIENT GUI ONLY HONORS ARCHSYMLINKASFILE=NO OPTION FROM DSM.OPT AT FIRST ARCHIVE RUN. A SECOND RUN REMOVES THE OPTION VALUE

Error description

• When option ARCHSYMLINKASFILE=NO is set in the option file, the
  GUI will correctly show the option unchecked when running an
  archive.
  If another archive is attempted from the same client GUI
  session, without restarting it, the ARCHSYMLINKASFILE appears as
  being checked.
  Only the first archive shows the value set in the option file.
  All next run from same session resets the value to the default
  value of "YES"
  
  Spectrum Protect Versions Affected: All 7.1 and 8.1 release on
                                      Unix platforms.
