Error description
When bipbroker is running as an MQ service and bipbroker terminated with a signal, bipservice also got stopped. Since bipservice got stopped there is no one to bring up the bipbroker till an exclusive mqsistart is done though Integration Servers under the broker continues to run.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM Integration Bus V10.0 and AppConnect Enterprise V11.0. Platforms affected: MultiPlatform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If a bipbroker process which is configured to run as an mqservice gets terminated with a signal then the bipservice also gets stopped. Since the bipservice is no more running, till an exclusive mqsistart is done, bipbroker doesnt come up though Integration Servers continue to run.
Problem conclusion
