APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An INSERT statement with a fullselect source may perform poorly
  compared to the same fullselect issued as a select-statement.
  This can happen if the source fullselect includes a UNION ALL
  subselect or view and there is a fetch-clause and ORDER BY over
  the UNION ALL.  In the select-statement, the fetch-clause and
  ORDER BY may be pushed into the UNION ALL branches.  This
  optimization is not considered for the INSERT with fullselect
  source.
