APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If an Integration Node is defined as an MQ service and products
    IBM MQ and IBM Integration Bus/AppConnect Enterprise are
    installed on different Windows drives then starting and stopping
    of Integration node fails with below error.
    
    mqsistart/mqsistop/mqsiprofile.cmd  is not recognised as in
    internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Problem summary

    USERS AFFECTED:
    All users of IBM Integration Bus  V10.0 and AppConnect
    Enterprise V11.0 on Windows.
    
    
    Platforms affected:
    Windows on x86-64 platform

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    If an Integration Node is defined as an MQ service, products IBM
    MQ and IBM Integration Bus/AppConnect Enterprise are installed
    on different Windows drives then starting and stopping of
    Integration node fails with below error.
    
    mqsistart/mqsistop/mqsiprofile.cmd  is not recognised as in
    internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The product no longer causes problem while starting and stopping
    of Integration node even if IBM MQ and IBM Integration
    Bus/AppConnect Enterprise are installed on different Windows
    drives.
