APAR status

Error description

  • When IBM Sterling Integrator ode is stopped and restarted the
    WebSphereMQ Suite
    Async Receive adapter is shown as enabled but the adapter does
    not process messages.
    In the WebSpehereMQSuite.log a java.lang.NullPointerException is
    reported:

    In order to get the WebSphereMQ Suite Async Receive adapter
    pick up messages from an MQ queue, the adapter needs to
    be disabled and enabled.
    
    
    This issue occurs only when the adapter property:
    "Total Business Process Queue Depth Threshold" is set to "1" (or
    a lower value).
    Setting the value to "0" does not show the issue.
