In Sterling File Gateway, when selecting the AS2 contract name
in the custom protocol partner set up, the screen takes over an
hour to load.
There are 45,000 contracts on the list.

Problem Description:
Referencing the
com.sterlingcommerce.woodstock.ui.ContractLister class in an
OPTION definition within the AFTExtensionsCustomer.xml file to
present a list of AS2 contracts within an SFG custom protocol
is taking over an hour for the UI to present a list with 35K
entries.

This fix enables a list of 40K contracts to be displayed in 2
seconds.
