Error description

• When using the mqsicreatebroker command with the -e flag set, a
  successful finish will see a return code of 210  instead of 0.
  Non-zero return codes are normally used for failure cases with
  a 0 return code used for a successful command so this can give
  the impression the command has failed when it has not.

  Enterprise V11.0 using the mqsicreatebroker command to define a
  shared work path.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When using the mqsicreatebroker command with the -e flag to
  define a shared work path, a successful finish will see a return
  code of 210  instead of 0. Non-zero return codes are normally

Problem conclusion

• The mqsicreatebroker command now returns a zero return code for
  successful completion with and without a shared work path being
  specified.
