IT29594: NULL PROPERTIES IN PROPERTIES TREE

Error description

• When the properties tree is not copied from the input to the
  output, some properties can get NULL values. One such property
  is Encoding. This can lead to an exception in several nodes,
  e.g. MQOutput node. Exception example:
  RecoverableException BIP2329E: An unexpected NULL value was
  encountered.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When the properties tree is not copied from the input message
  tree to the output tree, some properties can get NULL values.
  One such property is Encoding. This can lead to an exception in
  several nodes, e.g. MQOutput node.

Problem conclusion

• The product now has additional checks to prevent null values
  being assigned to certain property tree fields.
