IT29496: LOG UPLOADS TO BLUE DIAMOND HARDWARE PMRS FROM STORAGE INSIGHTS FAIL

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Log uploads to Blue Diamond PMRs for hardware PMRs from Storage
  Insights fail after the 2Q2019 update.  TLS 1.0 and 1.1 were
  disabled by the update.
  
  Task notification shows:
  Updating ticket xxxxx,yyy,zzz for <storage_device>. Uploading
  log package for ticket xxxxx,yyy,zzzz. Log package for ticket
  xxxxx,yyy,zzz failed to upload.
  
  The following message is logged in traceDeviceServer.log:
  [Default Executor-thread-312] [ReceiveFileServlet.doPost()]
  [INFO] Trasfering to Blue Diamond
  [Default Executor-thread-312] [ReceiveFileServlet.doPost()]
  [ERROR] Unable to transfer log
  javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: No appropriate protocol,
  may be no appropriate cipher suite specified or protocols are
  deactivated
