Problem conclusion

  • If the vSnap volume is unmounted at the time of backup, vSnap
automatically tries to mount it. The logic for checking whether
it is already mounted or not had an unhandled error that caused
the entire operation to fail. The issue has been resolved so
that the error is handled correctly and the job correctly
proceeds to remounting the volume and continues the backup.
