APAR status

Error description

  • After an SSH Host Indentity key is created, if the state
changes to either (ENABLE/DISABLE), its CREATE_DATE timestamp
changes but the MODIFIED_DATE timestamp should change.

Problem Description:
Both creation and modification dates are updated to the current
date/time when the SSH Host Identity, Known Hosts, or User Key
is
disabled or enabled.  This makes it impossible to determine the
age of a key.
