APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In CLI when fetching data, a database column needs to be bound
  to a CLI data type.
  Typically a data would be bound to a SQL_C_DATE type, but it
  could be bound to other data types e.g. SQL_C_BINARY.
  when this is used, it can lead to CLI0111E in the application
  due to this problem.
