V5.3.1.15 or earlier, the version shows 5.3.1.15 with no
indication to patch 1.

Problem summary


    

  •  The readme file incorrectly states
that all file delivered with the patch have VPROC
T0085H06_09NOV2018_V53_1_15_PATCH1_<buildid>.
This is incorrect since the delivered openssl binary
has VPROC T0085H06_OpenSSL_1_0_2p__14_Aug_2018.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  •  The readme has been changed to list
the correct VPROC for the openssl binary.
