IT28369: MQ Appliance reports that the encrypted file space is full

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The MQ Appliance encrypted file space is slowly consumed until
  exhaustion.
  
  This can be observed using the 'status' command in the mqcli, it
  will show that the "System" volume is 100% in use.
  
  For example:
  mqa(mqcli)# status
  ...
  System volume:  14847MB used, 14.5GB allocated [100%]
  ...

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A log file that is inaccessible to users and is used for MQ
  appliance internals grew indefinitely until it filled the system
  volume.
  

Problem conclusion

• Log rotation has been enabled for the file so that it can no
  longer grow large enough to fill the volume.
