Error description
The Menu-Bar Customization Utility does not handle the new menu layout used by Personal Communications v13. The Settings menu option is not listed in the utility dialog.

Changes required to accommodate introduction of Settings menu in Menu-Bar-Customization Utility was not carried out. This resulted in Menu-Bar-Customization Utility failing to correctly customize PCOMM menu bar.
Problem conclusion
PCSCMENU.EXE changes have been made to accommodate the new Settings menu item. Fix scheduled for PCOMM 13.0.3 and 14.0.1 Refresh Packs
