Error description

  • An exit error occurs when logging out of IBM Sterling File
Gateway V6.0 when you use Google Chrome.
The following error message is shown:

 ?Transport error ? HTTP code: 0 for URL:
 ./logout.do?uniqueID= 122dd25dl22er5

 *the uniqueID changes every time.

The same error also occurs in the myfilegateway user interface.

This does not happen in Firefox or Internet Explorer browsers.
