Error description

• Error Description:
  The IBM Spectrum Protect Extended Edition Front-end capacity
  measurement script for Microsoft Windows backup-archive clients
  (dsmfecc-00.ps1), will incorrectly include the Microsoft Volume
  Shadow Copy Service (VSS) file spaces of IBM Data Protection for
  Microsoft Exchange Server clients.
  As result the active data from IBM Data Protection for Microsoft
  Exchange Server nodes is counted incorrectly as active data for
  the IBM Spectrum Protect backup-archive nodes.
  This produces an excessive over-calculation of the TB required
  to be licensed.

Problem conclusion

• Upon the fix, the dsmfecc-00.ps1 and dsmfecc-00.pl scripts
  exclude VSS file spaces of Microsoft Exchange Writer from the
  total number of active data for backup-archive client nodes.
