Error description

  • When starting the 11.0.0.2/3 toolkit on Ubuntu,  a new
    workspace
    will hang on start up.  The .log file shows a stack similar to :

    When attempting to open a new workspace in the ACE v11 Toolkit
    on Linux the creation of the new workspace will become hung.
    This is due to a NullPointerException internally in the code.
