APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The problem is caused by the updatemgr.exe using the "C:\Program
    Files" naming structure instead of using the 'C:\Progra~1',
    Setup.log will have messages similar to the following:

Problem conclusion

  • Now failover works correctly if DSMI_DIR contains space
    character.
