Error description

  • Clicking "View logs" option in IBM Spectrum Protect Plus causes
    the UI to hang and show a continuous spinning wheel.
    
    Problem: When clicking the "View logs" option in the IBM
    Spectrum Protect Plus UI,
    the UI hangs. This problem occurs when clicking the Alert bell
    then view logs
    or Dashboard -> selecting Failed/Warning/Successful under Job
    status -> View logs
    and only if the specific job being opened falls on the second
    page of listed jobs.

Problem conclusion
