IT26962: IBM MQ amqspdbg program exits with the message "Aborted"

Error description

• When started with the -a option, the amqspdbg tool which is used
  by IBM Support may exit abnormally and create a core file:
  
    $ amqspdbg -a 'TEST!QMGR' -v detail > /tmp/dbga.txt
    Aborted

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The amqspdbg tool attempted to write to an invalid memory
  location.
  

Problem conclusion

• The amqspdbg code has been corrected so that it does not attempt
  to write to an invalid memory location.
