Error description

  • After upgrading to V5263_7, the partners who subscribed to event
    notifications receive emails even though they are not one of the
    producers or consumers of the file transfer.
    
    
    The partners who have subscribed for email notification receive
    duplicate mails.
    
    This problem is introduced with fix for APAR IT25710.
