Error description

• When searching for available adapters under the given group
  name, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator returns adapters that
  cannot be used due to the fact that mandatoryNode parameter has
  been placed in process data.
  
  
  When searching for eligible adapters that belong to a group,IBM
  Sterling B2B Integrator checks if the adapter is enabled and
  then makes decision based on node load, but does not check
  mandatory node restriction.

  Problem Description:
  
  Using two node Sterling Integrator 5.2.6.3_1 cluster on Solaris
  5.11 11.3 sun4v sparc, it is observed that HTTP Client Begin
  Session Service intermittently fails with exception
  "ServicesControllerImpl could not find an available adapter by
  group name [RB_PROXY_HTTP_ADAPTER_WATHEQ]".
  
  After further investigation it was established that IBM
  Sterling B2B Integrator, when searching for available adapters
  under given group name, will return adapter that can't be used
  due to the fact that mandatoryNode parameter has been
  placed in process data.
  It looks like when searching for eligible adapters that belong
  to a group SI checks if the adapter is enabled and then makes
  decision based on node load, but doesn't check mandatory node
  restriction.
