IT26457: CALLABLE FLOWS AND FLOW EXERCISER CAN CAUSE A PARSE ERROR.

Error description

• When using the flow exerciser in the toolkit,  two issues where
  discovered:
  .
  1) A message that contained 1208 characters was corrupted when
  using the send message function of the flow exerciser.
  .
  This requires a fix to the toolkit.
  .
  2) After fixing the above, the message is sent correctly to the
  flow but the toolkit displays an error message saying failed to
  send message :
  Error sending request to http "http://localhost:7080/test"

  The second issue can cause callable flows to fail since it uses
  the same mechanism as the flow exerciser when building
  generating the message in the callable flow.
