Error description
See this Microsoft support notification: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/3161579 When the Encrypting File System (EFS) feature is disabled in Windows 2012 R2, such as by Group Policy, retrieving the MPIO configuration by using the mpclaim command together with the -v option causes an "Access Denied" error and doesn?t show the configuration. Note MPIO represents Microsoft Multipath I/O. The problem could be fixed by installing June 2016 update rollup for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2. However, after installing this update, mpclaim -v config.txt will continue to try to write to an encrypted file and won't work correctly when EFS is disabled. Therefore, besides to install the update mentioned above, Spectrum Control should change the SRA code to use -n flag for all mpclaim commands to avoid this problem totally.

Comments
APAR opened in hopes of using an additional switch on the mplcaim command, but determined that tool does not operate as expected.
