Error description

• When using an IntegrationServer on a Windows platform with the
  work directory on a network mounted path, for example
  IntegrationServer  --work-dir \\<host>\path
  Failures can occur loading Application resources, such as ESQL
  files, XMl schema etc.
  
  For example a message flow with an ESQL compute node may fail to
  start reporting an error of the form:-
  BIP4127', 'Required ESQL module is not deployed', 'my_Compute'

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of App Connect Enterprise V11 who use a Windows
  network drive for the IntegrationServer work directory
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  Windows on x86-64 platform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When using an IntegrationServer on a Windows platform with the
  work directory on a network mounted path, for example:

Problem conclusion

• The IntegrationServer now correctly handles Windows network
  mounted paths for the work directory
