Error description

• Integration Servers output to their event logs and std* logs in
  GMT.  Whereas JavaCompute nodes in ACE 11.0.0.0 are capable of
  writing to std* logs in local time.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Problem conclusion

• The product now outputs log statements to the std* logs
  consistently with local time.
