Error description

• The IBM MQ v9.1 for Linux (x86-64) installation bundles the
  following three thirdparty software packages:
  
    Eclipse Jetty
    CometD
    SLF4J  (Simple Logging Facade for Java)
  
  The version of Eclipse Jetty bundled with IBM MQ v9.1 are out of
  date, and need to be updated.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The version of Jetty, CometD and SLF4J (Simple Logging Facade
  for Java) shipped within IBM MQ v9.1.0.0 was:
  
    JETTY   : 9.3.23.v20180228
    COMETD  : 3.1.3
    SLF4J   : 1.7.25
  
  New versions of Jetty have been released, and IBM MQ v9.1 should
  be updated with the new version.
  

Problem conclusion

• Jetty and CometD have been updated, and SLF4J has been left at
  the same version which is the current latest version available.
  
  The versions of the three thirdparty bundles following the code
  change associated with this APAR is:
  
    JETTY   : 9.3.24.v20180605
    COMETD  : 3.1.3
    SLF4J   : 1.7.25
