IT26091: AFTER UPGRADING TO IBM STERLING B2B INTEGRATOR 5263_6, SFTP CLIENT ADAPTER FAILS WHEN IT IS CONFIGURED TO USE HTTP PROXY

Error description

• In IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI) 5263_6, the SFTP
  client adapters configured to use a HTTP proxy fails.
  In the business process, the SFTP client adapter begin session
  hangs and then it fails with "Connection Failure! Could not
  complete connection to specified host"
  The SFTP client adapter connection is successful if it is
  configured with no proxy,
  The sftpclient log shows the following message:
